Intellectual property

Each design and creation is and will stay the property of Le Renard et la Lune, and cannot be copy/imitate. When acquiring a creation of Le Renard et la Lune, the design will still be owned by Le Renard et la Lune only and the copy/imitation of the said creation, by its purchaser or by a third party, will stay forbidden.

Cancelations, returns, exchanges

A purchaser who placed an order and wants to cancel it, can request it at contact@lerenardetlalune.fr, while making sure to specify the order number, and if possible the reason of the cancelation request. Le Renard et la Lune is granted the right to accept the cancelation, or not. After the cancelation of an order, the full amount will be reimbursed to the purchaser. However, a cancelation request made after the shipment of the creation will be automatically declined. Le Renard et la Lune has, and will keep the right to cancel an order, regardless of the reason. If so, the full amount will be reimbursed to the purchaser. Returns, exchanges and refunds will be automatically declined after the shipment of the creation.

Repairs

If a creation is damaged in possession of its purchaser, they are invited to contact contact@lerenardetlalune.fr for a repair of the said creation, whenever possible. The costs will be borne by the purchaser.
