Ritual candles "Persephone's Call":
Just like their sisters, the "Call of Persephone" candles embody self-love and courage.
Poetic, floral, yet also dark and mysterious, they draw inspiration from the complexity of Persephone, goddess of spring, Queen of the Underworld, a symbol of duality between radiance and darkness. 🖤
Delicately scented with the floral fragrances of jasmine and the sweet notes of pomegranate, a symbol of fertility, love, and resurrection, they are accompanied by rose petals and garnets, a stone of strength, courage, and confidence. 🥀
Daughter of Demeter, Greek goddess of seasons and agriculture, Persephone falls in love with Hades, god of the Underworld. She embraces this dark part of herself, without abandoning her light. She rules the Underworld for six months of the year and returns to Earth each spring, making dormant nature bloom and reuniting with her beloved mother until the end of summer.
Through her ambivalence, Persephone encourages us to respect, be kind to, and indulgent of each of our traits, however complex they may be.
