"Witch's Berries" Jewelry set
"Witch's Berries" Jewelry set
A witch's plant, the wild sister of the raspberry, preceded by its bad reputation... Powerful and tenacious, the bramble (or wild blackberry) invades the back of gardens, the edge of the woods, along the paths, growing as it pleases wherever it sees fit.
Yet it is a very generous plant, offering its excellent fruits in abundance to those who wish to enjoy them. Its blackberries are used as a flavoring in wines drunk during the autumn equinox. Used in concoctions and herbal teas, brambles are also an excellent remedy for coughs...
In the Alps, a legend tells that a fairy, who had been given a taste of wine, asked the winemakers which plant created this beverage. Fearing her intentions might not be good and that she would punish the vine, they pointed to the bramble. The fairy then wanted to thank the bramble, and enchanted it so that wherever it touches the earth, it takes root. And that is why today, we find brambles everywhere.
The "Witch's Berries" jewelry set reproduces the dark beauty of blackberries, the fruit of brambles, and their magical charm. Each fruit is sculpted and painted by hand. 🖤✨
